Warranty Information

Returns:

Customers should e-mail Customer Service at Laguard.est1945@gmail.com to request a Return. No return orders will be accepted without a return conformation code. You will receive a code by email.  Be prepared to provide LaGuard™ with the order number and reason for return. After 7 days of delivery no return will be excepted.

Items must be in new, resalable condition. If the vest has been used Laguard will not issue you a refund. If any of these conditions is not met, Laguard has the right to deny the request.

Customers should also include their name and the best phone number to reach them if LaGuard™ has any questions.

LaGuard™ recommends insuring the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

LaGuard™ will issue a credit for the amount of the returned item(s) within two business days of receipt. However, customers should allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on their statement. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If a customer is not eligible for a cash refund, LaGuard™ will send the customer an email with their e-gift card exchange amount and directions for how to use it. Shipping charges will not be included in the gift card amount.

Exchanges

For items that customers wish to exchange, they should follow the instructions above, but include the name of the item that they would like in exchange on their note. Shipping charges are not covered in the exchange.

LaGuard™ Guarantee -LaGuard™ fully guarantees all of our gear against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

LaGuard™ Warranty -In the event that a customer purchases a LaGuard™ Fitness Vest with a defect in material or craftsmanship, they should return the product to the original place of purchase for warranty assistance. If a customer is unable to return an item at the original place of purchase, or if a customer has purchased the product from LaGuard™ directly, please e-mail Customer Service describing the defect with a contact number or email. Some one will contact you within 24hrs Warranty products must be returned clean. Products that are not clean will be returned to the customer without consideration. LaGuard™ also recommends insuring the package.
